Technical Designer:

Under the direct supervision of a licensed Architect: meet with clients to determine

objectives and requirements for architectural projects; prepare concept development, schematic

design packages, design development drawings and technical construction documents. Create

custom Virtual Reality walkthroughs for clients and consultants, use Lidar scanning technology

for accurate and precise documentation of site conditions and to translate the date to BIM

models. Utilize hand and 3D rendering to communicate design concepts. Provide technical and

innovative design solutions to resolve complex project challenges. Create 2D and 3D CAD

models and produce accurate technical and construction documentation for building projects.

Collaborate with the engineering consultants to coordinate construction documents. Manage

project approval process through city and county agencies, develop project timelines, site visits

and zoning and building code research. Coordinate with the project team to develop finished

plans, specifications and material selections and interior design drawings.
