WYNCREST

Perched on a lookout hill in a mountainous suburb was a  0,000 square foot single story residence and detached garage  extensively remodeled as a  CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) structure.  Circulation and  living spaces  were shaped by the elongated site;  spatial volume height was limited to the 8'-0" plate height, and the central bowl shaped terrace deck is suspended from padded cables, girdled to the mature pine tree.
